1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services, quotes, agreements and deliveries by MightyDealsHub.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our appliance repair services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Booking and Scheduling
- Service bookings are confirmed upon receiving your request and our acknowledgment
- We strive to provide same-day service but cannot guarantee specific time slots
- Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges
- You must provide accurate contact information and service address
- Someone must be present at the service location during the scheduled visit
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices include service charges and basic diagnosis (starting ₹199)
- Additional parts and complex repairs are quoted separately
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, UPI, card payments, and digital wallets
- Prices may vary based on appliance type, complexity, and location
- No hidden charges - all costs are transparently communicated upfront
4. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled appointment
- Late cancellation (less than 2 hours) may incur ₹100 cancellation fee
- No-show charges: ₹200 if technician arrives and no one is available
- Rescheduling is free if done at least 4 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to cancel service due to safety concerns or technical limitations
5. Service Warranty and Guarantee
- 30-day service warranty on all repair work
- Genuine parts come with manufacturer warranty (3-12 months)
- Warranty covers same issue only, not related or new problems
- Warranty void if appliance is tampered with by unauthorized persons
- Free re-service within warranty period for covered issues
6. Liability and Insurance
Our liability is limited to the service charge paid. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage not caused by our service
- Consequential damages or loss of business
- Data loss from electronic appliances
- Damage due to customer negligence or misuse
- Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
We maintain professional liability insurance for our technicians and services.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance problem
- Ensure safe access to the appliance
- Be present during service or authorize someone to act on your behalf
- Inform us of any previous repair attempts
- Follow maintenance instructions provided by our technicians
8. Service Areas and Availability
- We provide services in 25+ major cities across India
- Service hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
- Emergency services available 24/7 with additional charges
- Some remote locations may have additional travel charges
- Holiday and festive season schedules may vary
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
10. Dispute Resolution
- We encourage direct communication to resolve any service issues
- Formal complaints can be made via email or phone within 7 days of service
- Disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings
- Legal disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
